Impact

Of every sale. Every sale.

Not of profit, and not when it is convenient. Five percent of revenue is a line in our costs, which is what keeps it true in a quiet month.

Counted per programme, not per donation, and reported twice a year with the invoices behind them.

Where it goes

Three things, specifically.

01

Education

School fees, uniforms and exam costs for children whose mothers left school early. Paid per term, directly to the school, with receipts.

02

Vocational training

Tailoring and machine courses that end with a certificate and a machine to take home, so the skill does not depend on staying near the workshop.

03

Living conditions

Roof repairs, clean water access and rent stability — the unglamorous costs that decide whether the other two are possible at all.

How the money moves

You should be able to check this.

What counts

Five percent of gross revenue, calculated on the order total before shipping and after refunds.

When it moves

Transferred quarterly, within thirty days of the quarter closing, to the partner organisations running each programme.

When it is published

Twice a year, in January and July, with the amount, the programme and the receipts behind it.

Who to ask

Write to hello@kikobana.example and we will send the last report, including the parts that did not go to plan.

The pledge is paid by the kit.

There is no separate donate button. Buying something you were going to buy anyway is the whole mechanism.
