Korea ships free over ₩50,000 and arrives in one to two days. International orders go by tracked post in five to ten days; duties are paid by the customer and we mark the parcel honestly, because a mislabelled one costs you more when it is caught.
Fourteen days, unworn and with tags on, for an exchange or a refund. Return shipping inside Korea is on us for a faulty piece; otherwise it is 3,000 KRW, deducted from the refund.
True to Korean sizing with a little room through the hip. Between sizes on the tights, size down — the waistband is designed to hold. Between sizes on the jacket, size up if you layer.
Five percent of revenue, transferred quarterly to partner organisations in Uganda for school fees, vocational training and housing, and published with receipts twice a year.
